    1. I’m very sorry to hear you are having audio problems.
      A few things to try that might help:
      Make sure the side slider of the device is not set to no sound. Make sure the volume is turned all the way up.

      Full reboot of the whole device.

      Make sure no other audio apps are running.

      Temporarily disabling ‘hey siri’.

      Resetting the device settings to factory default.

      Make sure you are using the latest version of iOS.

  1. Hi, I just purchased the blues guitar jam tracks app and it will not work. I have restarted my phone a couple of times and made sure no other apps were open and nothing happens when I press play. Am I missing something?

    1. If you are using an ipad make sure the side switch isn’t set to mute. If you’re using an iphone make sure the ring slider (above the volume controls) isn’t set to silent (orange stripe visible).
